📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and workflows.
• Monitor property performance and conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit financial reports, including lease agreements and rental income.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote available units and attract new tenants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and software, such as ServiceNow or Workplace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Jakarta Raya.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
