📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, patients, and healthcare providers.
• Handle and respond to incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Process insurance claims and handle related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and service requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to team members.
• Stay informed about healthcare policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as this is an international company.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
