Conducting recruitment and selection processes,Managing employee records and benefits administration,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies,Facilitating employee relations and conflict resolution,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies,Coordinating training and development programs,Handling payroll and benefits administration,Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
