XCEL Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze client performance to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.,Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and sales activities to senior management.,Attend client meetings and events as required, both in-person and virtually.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of client needs and the ability to develop tailored solutions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
