📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial properties, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the performance of industrial properties.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Coordinate with external service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of industrial properties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial property management and operations.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OnQ.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
