📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct structural calculations, prepare detailed drawings, and specifications.
  • Review and approve structural details and construction documents.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate structural solutions into overall project design.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers within the team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in leading projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and standards, including SNI (Indonesian National Standard).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Certification in structural engineering (e.g., Sipil, PE, or equivalent) is a plus.
