As a Legal Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the legal compliance of our operations, managing industrial relations to ensure a harmonious work environment, and overseeing the affairs of our expatriate employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage industrial relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee the affairs of expatriate employees, including visa and work permit management.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal and compliance policies.
• Provide legal advice and support to the HR team.
• Develop and implement training programs on legal and compliance issues.
• Monitor and report on legal risks and opportunities.
• Ensure all legal documentation is up-to-date and accurately maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in managing industrial relations and expatriate affairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR compliance or industrial relations is a plus.
