📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics flow.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at warehouses and distribution centers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.,Manage a team of logistics staff and provide training and development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or related roles.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proven track record of improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
