Cafe Wati Restaurant is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth and success of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify recruitment needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
