📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by leading and motivating the team.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular staff training and development to improve performance and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.
