IRIS Indonesia is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
