🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing,Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar,Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
