As an Assistant Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to provide the best dental care to our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.,Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Work with the procurement team to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.,Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and organized.,Provide support to the dental team by ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Understanding of dental equipment and supplies is a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
