HALO Sentosa is looking for an Assistant Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of company operations.,Oversee and coordinate the work of operational staff.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
