SUMAK Turkish Cuisine is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team in Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment and contribute to the success of our bar operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of bar service and management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain high standards of customer service and bar presentation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.,Train and develop new bar staff to uphold quality standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in planning and organizing special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a management role.,Strong knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation, beer and wine service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service excellence.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
