You will use industry-standard tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process. This internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition, including market research, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Use Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage the recruitment pipeline and track candidate progress.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate in-person interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document preparation and orientation.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns and career fair participation.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by promoting a diverse candidate pool.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to gather market insights and improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with diversity and inclusion principles.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
