📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, such as leave, bonuses, and training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and onboarding sessions.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a logistics or similar industry.,Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
