📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Assist the lead instructor in planning and delivering engaging lessons.Support students in achieving their learning objectives.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Collaborate with the lead instructor to develop and implement instructional strategies.Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.Participate in ongoing professional development activities.Assist in the assessment and evaluation of student performance.Provide administrative support to the instructional team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant field or equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years of experience as an instructor or similar role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Passion for education and commitment to student success.Experience in using educational technology and tools.Fluency in Indonesian and English.Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.🛠️ Keahlian
