📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and developing retail teams.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is beneficial.
