Smart Spot Lestari is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist with the setup and maintenance of the online store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with online shopping platforms is a plus.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
