PT Otoman Widya is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Consultant to join our team in Kendal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and regulations, with a keen understanding of tax planning and compliance. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection with our team in Kendal. The salary range for this position is Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 24.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients to help them minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients to help them optimize their tax positions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide clients with timely and accurate information.,Assist clients with tax audits and disputes, representing them in front of tax authorities if necessary.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide training and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge in the tax field.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the tax department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in tax planning and compliance.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
