Puskesmas Anggi Bangunan is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our hybrid team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our healthcare staff. The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our healthcare professionals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide guidance and support to healthcare staff during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare training or a related field.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
