📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Prepare and analyze samples for various tests.
  • Record and document test results accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and food service teams to address any food safety concerns.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a food laboratory.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Experience with laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards is a plus.
