📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Monitor and control financial risks.,Prepare and analyze financial statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage vendor and customer accounts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
