📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for various positions within the company.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the job requirements.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage professional associations to find top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
