📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
  • Provide training and documentation to employees on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Respond to and resolve IT-related incidents and problems in a timely manner.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
