Changi General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Strategic Services Office (TCM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the healthcare strategy and transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, strategic planning, and a proven track record of delivering successful healthcare transformation projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic healthcare plans and initiatives to enhance the overall performance and quality of our healthcare services.,Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the successful execution of healthcare transformation projects.,Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key healthcare challenges and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to address them.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of healthcare services, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the healthcare team, and encourage the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and community organizations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the healthcare industry, and leverage this knowledge to drive strategic initiatives and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, or healthcare transformation, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve common goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven ability to develop and implement strategic healthcare plans and initiatives.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in Indonesia.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key challenges and opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
