Salon Lestari Bakery is looking for a skilled Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our bakery equipment to ensure smooth operations. If you have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair bakery equipment and machinery,Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency,Keep detailed records of maintenance activities,Participate in equipment upgrades and installations,Provide technical support to the production team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician in a bakery or similar industry,Knowledge of bakery equipment and machinery,Understanding of maintenance procedures and safety protocols,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving skills,Good communication and teamwork skills,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,Valid driver's license (preferred)

Technical skills in bakery equipment maintenanceKnowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsExperience with HVAC systemsFamiliarity with food safety regulationsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailEffective communication skills
