🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or equivalent leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing engineering teams and delivering technical projects.,Strong understanding of software development principles, architectures, and best practices.,Experience with financial technology, APIs, or related domains is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
