📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and maintain brand standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Ensure food quality and safety by following health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
- Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment
- Promote and uphold the company's values and mission
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
- Proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
