📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and maintain brand standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure food quality and safety by following health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment
• Promote and uphold the company's values and mission

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry
• Proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
