Grahamandiri Manajemen Terpadu is seeking a passionate and skilled Professional Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Artisan, you will be responsible for creating and serving the highest quality coffee beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a full-time position located in Sawangan, West Java, Indonesia, with a competitive salary ranging from IDR 3,500,000 to 4,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and organized at all times.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Contribute to the coffee shop's overall success and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with coffee shop equipment and supplies.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Friendly and approachable demeanor.
