📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with hotel equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all maintenance activities.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Work with vendors and contractors to source and install new equipment and systems as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to the hotel staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE and IWSHM.
• Certifications in electrical safety (e.g., NECA, OSHA) and mechanical systems (e.g., NCCER, NCCT) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
