📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert guidance to clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our data center services.
• Assist clients with the setup and configuration of their data center infrastructure, using tools like VMware vSphere and Cisco networking equipment.
• Monitor client performance and address any issues promptly, ensuring optimal data center operations.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex client issues and provide technical solutions.
• Document client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data center operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a strong background in server and network management.
• Certifications in data center operations, such as CompTIA Data+, are a plus.
• Proven experience in client service and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with data center management software and tools, such as VMware vSphere and Cisco networking equipment.
